Leor is a provider of Early Childhood Education & Care that commenced operations in 2018. Founded as a disruptor to the sector by design, Leor is also an approved NDIS Provider and the only childcare provider to have received B Corporation status — a remarkable position in the early childhood education marketing landscape.

The Brief: A Two-Part Early Childhood Education Marketing Challenge

The brief from Leor was to explore two parts:

  1. Attract outstanding, talented, passionate people to their business to work and contribute.
  2. Attract eligible families who might not realise they can access Leor’s range of services with Australian Government subsidies.

Our Strategy & Creative Approach

The full roll-out of material is ongoing, but the early childhood education marketing project itself has included:

  • Research, messaging and an extensive digital media strategy
  • Creative concepts, designs, writing and roll-out

Campaign Roll-Out & Deliverables

Included in the roll-out has been a comprehensive suite of marketing assets designed to reach both prospective educators and eligible families:

  • Digital display ads, banners and templates
  • Google Ads and paid search writing and templates
  • Careers website content
  • Job board advertising material and advice
  • Social media templates for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

The Result: Authentic Storytelling That Resonates

As part of the project, existing employees and families from Leor were interviewed, alongside prospective audiences. This research uncovered authentic truths and strengths about Leor — their services, their people and the possibilities they offer — and these were the insights we amplified throughout the campaign to drive meaningful results in their early childhood education marketing.
