At the Animals, we don’t tend to wear Adelaide Crows gear when we go out – but we are big fans of a great sporting performance, and were thrilled to see one, alongside some great LED Outdoor Advertising we created recently.
The Animals created animated work for Mazzucchelli’s Jewellers which appeared during a history making match for Adelaide Crows’ player Eddie Betts on Easter Sunday at Adelaide Oval. The LED Outdoor Advertising billboards for Mazzucchelli’s featured animated imagery of cascading and rolling diamonds and were seen by thousands of fans and TV viewers. The jeweller began as a family business in Western Australia in 1903 and now has a retail presence right around the country.
Betts belted 6 goals during his 300th game for Adelaide. The feat will see him rise up the list of the greatest AFL goal-kickers of all time, and his place in history as one of the best small forwards in the game is now being hotly debated. It was a gem of an outing for him, and we were heartened to have been able to put together a brilliant backdrop for some great game moments on the day.
