For this Professional Training Design assignment we met with Dr Brock Bastian, who is a top-tier academic, Ted-X speaker and author of 'The Other Side of Happiness'. His business partner David Burroughs is a renowned workplace Psychologist with a 20 year career in some of Australia's largest organisations. So when they came to us with a new concept to run courses and training, built around facing adversity in the toughest of situations we were both in awe and intrigued.

Working with the Psysafe team, we undertook a series of projects to build out their Professional Training Design and Content, largely based around bringing their ideas to life as marketable items. In a staged process, The Animals undertook:

- Product Naming & Strategy
- Branding and Design including ReTHINK Logo Development ( Commended by Design Rush online for Best Logo Design )
- Brochure Creation
- Presentation Template Creation
- Website page
- Social Media calendar and Content Strategy

After much deliberation and numerous options, ReTHINK was born and brought to market. It's early days on the ReTHINK journey, but we can't wait to see how participants relate, learn, grow and thrive with the suite of material Brock and David have created. Everything devised by the team is based on a mountain of research and practical hands-on experience working with employers and employees over many years.
