Neurosensory required healthcare branding assistance, primarily to launch an exciting a new software-based innovation they were bringing to their customers. Known as ListenUp, the health and medical brand is still very much in its infancy, and will become part of a suite of offerings provided to customers that are looking to improve their hearing while enjoying the most up-to-date, well maintained technology on the market.
Neurosensory itself is an independent chain of Hearing Clinics, with 24 locations nationally, spread across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania in Australia. The business serves customers in both in major cities and regional centres. Neurosensory (NSU) were founded 40 years ago in Brisbane, by Otolaryngologist Dr Dr Anthony Canty. Since then the company have assisted thousands of Australian clients experiencing hearing related difficulties and conditions. Some of their success stories, particularly since the advent of cochlear implant technology have been remarkable. Their services include hearing and balance testing, hearing aids, treatment of issues such as tinnitus and dizziness, as well as cochlear technology and some surgical procedures, assisted by their own team of Ear, Nose and Throat surgeons.
After a detailed briefing process, which also included discussing specific products with a European supplier, The Animals were able to assist with the healthcare branding and marketing of their new hearing technology service – one which was formulated in a way which has never been trialled before in this country.
